did you tried to add the plant in ennexos from sunnyportal?

I couldn’t wbork the program out

I just bought a second SB3000TL-21, it also had the same issue with the lock showing on Sunny Explorer and no data available, but it came with a PUK code which I used to successfully unlock and I was then able to set new User and Installer passwords and full access was obtained.

I’m still waiting for a reply from SMA ,
I will try and email them again next week .

When you get the puk it only works against either user or installer, SMA should tell you which it will work with but I only had the code so had to try it against both.

Installer, I think, and from there you can set user password as well.
