The Orange PI is connected with the Inverter (SungoldPower 8K hybrid) via USB A to USB B cable. I followed all the initial steps on the SolarAssistant website.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Yes, this is the one.
Array is 2P4S, ground mount. Both arrays are combined with a splitter and then around 85 ft run goes from the panels to the inverter.
The are Hyundai 395W Bifacial 470W (see attached spec sheet).
Wire is 10 AWG.
Sorry guys, I end up putting this post in wrong forum.
Yes, the purpose of this post is to let the members know about this deal.
@Mods, Please feel free to move it to the Battery Sale area. I will be careful going further. Thank you!
I charged the batteries via Utility/Grid yesterday night to SOC 90% by changing the parameter 6 temporarily (to Utility can charge batteries if Solar power is not available) and it charged fine.
Yes, everything has been working pretty good before that.
The settings are as below -
01 SbU (Solar power and batter first then Utility)
06 OSO (Only Solar charges the battery)
07 60 amp (Battery charging current)
May be there is a voltage loss going on. I connected only one panel and I was getting around 43V at the inverter and same 0.5 amps. I did this with multiple single panels to make sure I’m not testing with a problem panel but no luck.
True from spec perspective :-(
What could be another option to resolve this issue perhaps put a new similar AIO in parallel with the current one (this will increase the capacity by another 4KW per leg) or replace the existing one with 15K AIO?
Check this one out...this is way below what you are hoping for...

For those interested in 100ah stackable modular battery options, the representative told me that they have a US stock available for these. She did not confirm me the price yet. See attached documentation for more details.
Looks like this option is getting popular now as compared to behemoth...
