Do I need a PV fuse? 9s2p

I've done a bit of research and I understand that with just two strings combined I can get away without a PV fuse. Panel specs are in the attachments.

That's correct, fusing not mandatory if it's a 2P string. May want to consider something like an imo type disconnect unless the inverter has individual breakers.

The EG4 6000xp has a PV disconnect switch on the outside. Will that do the trick?
