If anybody has any real-world experience using any of the following grid interactive/hybrid inverters with current transformer monitoring to limit export, I'd like to hear your input.

NHX: https://watts247.com/product-category/inverters/nhx-hybrid-series/
Hoymiles: https://www.solar-electric.com/residential/inverters/grid-tie-inverters.html
Sungold: https://sungoldpower.com/collection...products/10kw-hybrid-inverter-48v-split-phase

I'm throwing around the idea of adding a battery and upgrading one of my SunnyBoy 5.0 inverters. This one would be for the 200A panel that has most of my needed house loads. The other panel would keep the other SB5.0. I'm looking at a 5-7kw system, else I'd be replacing the wire run to the main panel (150') I love the idea of the SolArk or EG4, but for $5k I'm wondering if it would be better spent on an extra 10kw of battery storage for the difference in inverter prices. My power company will only accept 10kw of power from me per GA law. I've got 13kw of solar to two SB5.0 inverters and each one feeds a 200A panel on a 30A breaker.
I'm open to a higher watt output inverter (like the 10K), but would need the option to option to throttle it down to 30amps output, and then limit grid sell to 4kw.

A Hoymiles distributor on this board has been posting updates from time to time about his test install of the hybrid.

Even if you save $3000-3500 on the hybrid, that doesn’t necessarily translate to savings if the UL9540 battery for the cheaper option costs more. Not that many companies have packaged the 14kWh with the appropriate listing certificates
