100 amp max continuous discharge is small for a battery this size.

313 lbs (listed as 142 Kg) is heavy for this capacity. The EG4 Indoor Wallmount is 282 lbs for 14.3 KWH.

Weird bottom connections.

My sense is that the unit is internally doubled up 100 AH cells, and they used one BMS to do that, which leads to certain concerns about parallel cells without individual BMS monitoring.

No UL certs that matter like UL 1973 UL9540, etc.

No apparent rapid shutdown capability.

I had a 3P16S pack and had no issues. Both my EVs have at least 30 or forty cells in parallel.

I looked at the reviews on verified purchases. Seems like everyone said they like the batteries and the shipping and packaging was top notch. I'm always on the lookout for cheaper batteries.

I'll probably keep an eye on this battery, looks decent, assuming it actually functions as designed.

Good price, but I can’t really parse all of the specs and the battery charge limits and other weird things like that, so I’m not sure the seller understands batteries, and if you have issues, you may really have to do it yourself. The other tentacle, good price…
