Just received my third pallet of Trina 360's from Santan solar. My last order was placed a 3-4 weeks ago and I had put a hold on getting it shipped because of some possible changes in inverters. Decided to move forward without those changes so gave Santan the go ahead to release the order.
By chance last week, a day after the panels arrived undamaged, not like the Estes carrier smash, I saw Santan had a shipping deal. I had not heard a word about the damage panels claim on the second shipment I sent an casual email asking about that and a tongue in cheek crack about not getting the shipping deal.
Low and behold Santan credited the difference on the shipping charges.. I wasn't expecting that, I bought the panels before the deal was on. Thank you Santan Solar !!
