Broken screw on terminal block

Anyone have any advice on how to fix a broken screw in a terminal connection?

There may be a way to bond a small metal dowel with a slot cut in it but much easier would be to just solder a whole new part on the PCB. Looks like a through hole terminal block. Phoenix Connector or TE comes to mind but probably a number of brands available with the same pitch. 3.8mm, 5.0mm and 5.08mm are common sizes.
