Charge controller problems

I have an powmr 60A charge controller. Is not charging Lifepo batteries on my motorhome. I had it charging 3 12.8v 100ahLifepo batteries last year and worked fine. I had room to fit 6 12.8 100ah mini’s so put them in! CC was not charging them, so unhooked pv & battery from controller! Then hooked battery up first then panels! It started charging, ramped up to100w for about 20 seconds then went back to 0w. Tried that a few times same results! Put a load on and no change!
Is the charge controller hooped???

What happens when you simply connect it to 1 battery (always battery first than solar!) that needs a charge? Let's see if we can establish if it is working or not.

Ok I hooked just to one battery and did the same as before!! Put a load on that battery and controller started charging! Battery was probably fully charged! Maybe one of the other batteries bms are bad! I will connect one at a time and see if that fixes it!
