Combining 2 battery banks

Hello,

I currently have 8 -50ah Aoboet rack mount batteries in a single bank connected by copper busbar, and will be adding 3-100ah Pytes ebox.

the questions are:
The pytes will communicate with my lv6548's. if I put them in my current battery bank as 1,2,3 (making 11 batteries) and connecting the communication cable, I am guessing that the charge settings will be based on the pytes for the whole bank.

#2 is there any difference in wiring all in one bank (by single busbar) vs 2 banks with individual busbars then connected to a shared busbar by cable?

The current will flow as much as possible in the path of least resistance. That means any wiring discrepancies and even battery internal resistances will determine where the charge and load current flows.
Wiring in a balanced manner will be challenging and important to keeping your batteries balanced.

I do not know how the closed loop communication will factor into this.
