Connecting my current expert system with the new 12kw luxpower

I want to connect my current expert inverter system to the 12kw luxpower hybrid inverter. What would be the best way of going about this. The manual said you need to connect it to the EPS connections but I fear the luxpower will not synchronize with the expert and blew up.
