epever tracer 40an

i just got a epever tracer 40amp . i have it hooked to a desktop and it is working with the solar station moniter. I need help understanding all the settings in the controle parameters. It has never hit float charge mode, i found out i has to do with time in boost charge mode i got that set down to 10m time in boost charge and it float charges now. But what time settings are correct for this charger? Here are the setteings.

The Tracer is Mounted out from the wall with a 120mm fan that will activate if the charger gets over 30C. i use this to controle the cooling fan.

I use a 24 to 12v converter so i csn power 12v things

Boost may be absorb charge for me? Do not use these set points refer to your Battery spec sheet or go online and get it.
Absorb time is same as equalize for me...
