Hi,
I have an 7.5KW PV system that often exports to the grid. Today the PC app (and the Android app) showed 11.8 kW exported and Solar revenue for exported power to the grid as £3.50. This works out at £0.296 per kWh exported, or feed in, TO the grid . I have no idea where it got the £0.296 per kWh from, although maybe coincidentally this is what I pay for electricity imported from the grid.
My export (feed in) tariff is £0.15p per kWh, not £0.296 per kWh . The Solar revenue is therefore incorrect.
Does anyone know how I set the export payment rate (currently £0.15) in the Shinephone desktop app or mobile app to be the correct value of £0.15 per kWh instead of it using £0.296 per kWh?
I can't see anything about it in the manual
PS if you reply, please will your state whether you are referring to the PC version or mobile version of the app as they seem very different and Growatt don't always make this distinction.
