I'm looking to DIY a system and am looking for permit services that can draw up the diagrams and stuff. And those who have familiarity with PG&E. Does anyone know of any services that can do this? Thanks!

Ask your vendor, mine had a number of drawings that fit my installation or could be easily modified with drawing tools. I encourage you to go with a low voltage (48V) non-grid tied, emergency on-site solar “power supply”. This would consist of Solar PV panels, inverters and batteries. A non-grid tied system is likely outside the NEC and outside code jurisdictions. You would want to focus your drawing to show your transfer switch to ensure grid isolation and Neutral-Ground bonding. Let me know if you need any help.
