Rough Solar panel installation cost in San Jose and any rebate still available?

Since I have have a fairly large backyard that have minimal shading in the area furthest from the house with good sun angle. I think the simplest way is to get a planning permit and install a ground level 7S2P setup using 440W panels which also have the advantage of easy cleaning, repair and I can take the panels with me when I downsize to our other house (currently rented out) which I'll have to do a rooftop setup.
You should ping your AHJ for the ground mount setback instruction document.

Panels are cheap though (esp used ones, and there’s a ton of used inventory in California from people pulling them off their roof, just check Craigslist), and the ground mounts are going to be a solid chunk of the cost.

And the used ones tend to be smaller 300W or 350W ones if you are worried about handling.

No tax credit on used solar equipment (not exactly what IRS says but it’s effectively true)

May I know where to find a solar installer in Bay Area , San Jose, CA, US

Yelp and google have quite a few that's been around for a while and bot tons of reviews but most want to install full system rather than just a power drop.
