Did they cut it open? At that price, I'd be shocked if it had a BMS. @Rednecktek cut a battery open that had no BMS and just a DALY balancer.

They cut it open. I watched it on my phone so it was a little hard to see. After watching several of their videos he's not an expert but did several tests and several batteries all being cut open.
While I can't give a personal vote I won't hesitate to get one and open it up. In the next couple months.
BTW He tests the low temperature cutoff also.
