What's the error it gives you? If it doesn't connect on the configuration page, you won't see any data on the dashboard.

Have you tried the troubleshooting tip from the Solar Assistant page?

If you have any issue, please try the official WatchPower or SolarPower application from a laptop. If it works with these official applications, then it should work with SolarAssistant.
