Currently have aims 80 amp SCC, Aims 2000 watt inverter/charger, 4-12V lithium in series for 48 volt. @ 100hrs I have 2 strings 4 each of 230watt; VOC - 37.35. Isc- 8.53 amp panels. Each string is 149.4 @ 8.53, correct? Then paralleled to make 149.4 @ 17.06. Concern is SCC is 150vdc max, I’m very close. Option I’m considering is adding one panel and make 3 strings for 112.05 @ 8.53, paralleled to 112.05 @ 25.59. Is either of these the best layout? Also need to size breaker for panel cutoff before SCC. Thanks for any input

You are going to be over the VOC with 4s if there is sample variation or cold conditions. So that is going to be over and kill the SCC.

If you go to 3P you need to add a combiner with breakers for the sub strings, which is not needed for 2P. You may also need to upsize the wires to handle 50% more current.

Breaker should be sized to 1.56 * 3*ISC,
