Solar Steals Warranty

I'm considering purchasing used Canadian Solar 445 watt bifacial panels from Solar Steals. Has anyone made a claim on the one year warranty with Solar Steals. They Warrant performance of 75% of rated capacity for one year. Of course it would be on me to ship them back. Warranty probably not worth much.

I looked at that web-site and see only recertified ( whatever that means ). Based on a price of $180 a panel I would suggest you look elsewhere. I've been happy with SanTan Solar, for a couple of dollars more they have new, and for much much less used.
