To shunt or not to shunt?

I am setting up two battery banks for split phase 240 volt operation with four Multiplus 24/3000/120.
Each bank will have four 24volt 304ah batteries in u27 server racks, 200amp breakers on each battery with 1/0 DLO cable all same length to class t fuses into a victron power in. Each server rack will have a small 4 circuit blue sea distribution panel for heating/ fans and controls.

What would you do, a shunt on each server rack no shunt?

I thought MPII split phase set ups needed one battery voltage to feed both legs of the inverters to keep things happy.

Yes each set of four batteries will wire to a main buss bar below the four multiplus, I will be able to pull one server off line and still have a functioning system, even if I lost two inverters I am not dead in the water.
