Used Neo Solar 335W solar panels - pros/cons/opinions?

I'm looking at about 9K worth of Santan's "Used Neo Solar 335W solar panel". Anyone have any experience with these? Opinions?
I'm a total newb and could use any and all help.

I dont with that brand, could not find a good reference online for them.
I'm outside Savannah and looking at 2 or 3 for a hot water heating application.

Guess it will depend on price per panel and how old they are to make a decision...

I am looking at those panels as well.. as you can't find much for $100 for a 300W+ panel these days (was easier few years ago!).. 335-340 is right where I need them.

My concern is
Surplus panels with no mfg warranty.

They do claim they will warranty them for 1 year.. usually those things either work or they don't.

My experience with used panels has only been with REC, and seem to be good quality.
