Will this back feed the grid?

First, thank you to everyone that have responded to my previous posts. It great to have so many knowledgeable people willing to help.

I'm working with my electrician to connect an EG4 18k hybrid inverter using Diagram 4.4 in the EG4 manual. I plan to disable back feeding in the inverter, but looking at this diagram

I'm concerned there is still at least one path back to the grid. The top "ON" on the manual transfer switch combines both the grid and solar power. (Solar/Battery/Inverter powers loads with 200A utility backup) Isn't this a path back to the grid? Thanks!

Yes it is a path, but setting zero export and fast zero or something like that, will take care of it

In that configuration its set up as a Maintenance Bypass. The common lugs are connected to the main breaker panel and only ONE of the ON inputs can be connected at a time. Either the load output of the Inverter supplies the main panel OR utility power. It depends on the position of the lever on the switch.
