The closest I can find is the Morningstar Suresine 1250 watt, 12 watt self consumption with a 3 minute rating at 40c of 1500 watts, but it is double the price of the Victron Phoenix.

JoeHam, I have one of the 300 watt Suresines in service for our bunkhouse at the cabin for the last 3 years and it has been perfect and very efficient. As time2roll states it is their new line, no built in battery charger but some other neat features.

Great story, I do not think the batteries in question are Nickel Iron type or Edison cells. They do indeed look like Aquion batteries, which have a Salt water electrolyte.
