Eg4 6000xp Ac charging when disabled

Having issues with my 6k xp charging battery when on grid but the ac charging was disabled, it shows 65 watts about 1.5 amps but slowly gets the voltage high enough to get the batteries online then cycles every 20 minutes from grid to off grid, called signature solar and they set it up telling me that it was fixed worsening the issue even more, what I can do?

Your AC charge current is set to 0. Your other setting for discharge and cut of are in Volts not SOC,

How is supposed to be set? 0 means 0 amps right?
