I used that InSoFast insulation material; good stuff but tried to not lock in moisture between foam and skin. We also added rigid foam but don’t expect miracles regarding temperature fluctuation. Ours is not a living space. Foam is said to burn but not support flame.

We did not see in the video if any measures were taken with floor insulation. Not trusting the strength of that sliding glass door frame. Don’t think the screws penetrated the shell. Did they?
