Are you sure? I thought the go-to resource for SMA is @Hedges

Keep copies of what you like.
I think they only make most recent firmware available. (Support has sent me older revisions when latest wasn't compatible with my system.)
A paper on parallel strings of different orientations can't be found on their site anymore.

Some features/issues may be left unmentioned in their documentation, that's where some of us may be able to help.
