What is this battery?

I'm no battery expert. What is this battery? Is it for backup or for a car? Seems like a high V to AH but I digress.

I was kind of eyeballing that too the other day, but I don't have the time to deal with disassembling packs and rewiring them to anything I could use.

But it is a fantastic deal, that's 16¢/Wh.
