Don't know, but from the images it would not pass any current wind code in Florida, My Iron Ridge is 2X that in size.

Zero chance it meets the 170/180 mph requirement for Vero Beach. I assume there is a reason a 3 year old installation was removed, no permit??

Roof replacement when the house was bought. They paid $2,000 to have it all taken down and then decided not to put it back again. It was a heck of a deal for me.

I didn't see anything on the website about wind loading / span to mount limitations so I would assume that this is for installers that would provide their own PE stamped approvals?

Yep very light on actual data. I did find something for California and Australia install specifications but nothing that I could use for permits.
My iron ridge rails need to be anchored every 48" but this stuff I would do every 24" if I use it.

Thats similar to the photos I looked at on the website, they show anchor's for every panel edge.

I went with the IronRiidge XR100 series and wind code for me required 48" spacing, you can get the XR1000 and 6ft spacing, but the cost was bit better as Flashfoot's were lower cost than the wider spans XR1000 would allow with less.

That is exactly what I will be doing on my new home build.
Hoping the roof goes on this week. I have to get my permit application done too.

One thing that comes to mind is to alternate the trusses the Flashfoots connect too, so row 1 goes even trusses, row 2 does odd ( to same panels ), this increases the strength instead of double the load on every other truss. Its the best racking product I have ever used and 100% leak proof.

Yep that is how my panels fit on the 2 roof sections.

It's awesome that you've found a racking solution that works well for you. Your idea of alternating the trusses for added strength sounds like a smart approach.

For anyone interested in racking solutions, you might want to check out www.rackbuy.co.uk for more information and options. It's always great to share good finds and help others in the same boat. Keep up the good work with your project!
