Anyone ever see something like this. Under load, one cell is increasing in voltage and another is sagging in voltage then the BMS cuts off charge/discharge. They are the cells right next to each other. This pack has a 5a active balancer always working above 3.45v.

Hit the jackpot and found 2 BMS' I ordered years ago and never hooked up. Want to test them out without hooking up to a 48v battery. Is there a way I can test these with a bench power supply, I have a 30v-10a one but looks like I can get a deal on a 60v-5a one on amazon.
