It's been 3 weeks since tech support last responded to my issue. Correspondence has been email. Will I get a better response if I phone? Can I ask for my case to be escalated. My installer has also contacted tech support. I feel they are giving simple suggestions because they have no answer. In my case they told me to add a battery. I did and then reported even more glaring evidence that something is seriously wrong; to which they didn't respond.
