Intermittent Battery Communication Faults (EG4 18kPV and 2 EG4 Powerpro Battery)

I have had my systems for about 4 months now. I recently began to experience intermittent battery communication faults on my system which comprises of the 18kPv and 2 EG4 powerpro wall mount batteries.
From the alarm record, it has been happening like once a week and whenever this comes up, the inverter shuts down for about 10 to 15seconds and comes back on. The alarm clears by itself afterwards and no active alarms in the fault record and the alarm status is healthy.

Can anyone advice?

This doesn't address your question but does the 18k have a setting for the bat com failure error response?

I don't have communicating batteries so I don't know what is normal. But I can't imagine wanting my inverter to shut down on comms failure. Maybe I just don't know though and this is considered standard.
