@Markus_EG4 deserves one hell of a raise and/or bonus. He keeps fighting the good fight.
I'm surprised with his knowledge and drive he hasn't found another company to work for, Indeed.
That has 2 PDFs to download, but no firmware.
Thank you! And thanks everyone for checking this.@ddeatrich @n2aws Here is the latest firmware for the communication hub. It will be back on the website today as well.
What was the actual battery voltage. Have you reviewed the battery bms logs for clues to what happened?I have Growatt 3000TL-LVM-ES and a single EG4 Lifepower 4 battery
Having a problem where SOC would drop from 7% to 1% thus triggering a forced grid charge even though I was in OSO mode.
performed firmware upgrade
SOH went from 97.1% to 99.4%. Hopefully this fixed my 7% to 1% issue
No, I don't know how to review the logs or what I would be looking at. cell voltages are all in the 3.36v right now but it appears to be balancing. Any guidance would be appreciated. What was the actual battery voltage. Have you reviewed the battery bms logs for clues to what happened?
Just keep an eye on the cell top balance. No, I don't know how to review the logs or what I would be looking at. cell voltages are all in the 3.36v right now but it appears to be balancing. Any guidance would be appreciated.

99.6%…. but it’s discharging right now while I’m charging my Leaf with full sun. I’m gonna let it discharge for a little while and then Let it recharge and top balance. It was near 100% when I did the firmware update and it immediately started balancing cells and even gave a overvolt error briefly before it settled down.Just keep an eye on the cell top balance.
3.36v per cell isn't full. What SOC is the battery reporting right now?
