Luyuan battery case

I do wish they start offering a stacking design though.
Actually I was told they do carry these. They do ask that at least 5 cases be ordered. A requirement of the supplier who provides these to Amy. That was a little while ago so would want to verify first.

My Shipment should have arrived today BUT the highways between me & my packages got slammed hard and so now I have to wait till Monday.... Ughhhh BUT on the Upside, I have more tome to setup space to receive, store & assemble. (provided mother nature doesn't have another major tantrum)

I unpacked the fist box and it all looks great the only thing I noticed is the main lugs didn’t come with bolts. Plenty of time tho so no worries.

I looked through them all, I’ll check again.

Double checked and they missed them.

Ohhh AMY just posted a new assembly video... The tune is annoying though.
Seems to be a new youtube thing, I have noticed more adding music....I hate it.
And it has been converting short video's to shorts....hate that too.

So my 4 16s cases with the JK Inverter BMS were delivered last Sunday. They are white color and have the JK touchscreen. Not a fan of how the screen mounts but it works. The only thing they forgot to add was enough screws to mount the BMS and the communication board. The new JK BMS was able to communicate with my Sunny Island 6048 using the CAN port with Pylontech protocol.

Overall I'm very happy with them. I do wish they start offering a stacking design though. That is the only downside of the of the Luyuan boxes.
You got pictures of how they mount that display?

Well good thing I didn’t believe the rest of the boxes would show Monday, they rolled up this morning. I was lucky, caught him and he pulled right up to my garage door.

Unboxed every thing and sorted and numbered the cells, all look good on visual inspection. I have a tester that I will set up in my heated basement to randomly test a few of the cells, not planning on testing all of them. Here are some random codes from the cells.29CA0F6E-22E9-49DB-8135-D1DDFA6D591E.jpegB80A7F72-4227-414F-94DC-A7249E6D369A.jpegEC4C0FE0-CB53-46F3-B598-7BEB8C1F83B6.jpeg0EF123B2-9327-4576-9916-986B5B082BA5.jpeg3FDC3D75-9457-4597-9EA4-00021D4F53DF.jpeg11DE8B3E-2510-4267-ABDE-FD963FC424C6.jpeg09D8CEA5-90C2-4FA4-A5ED-78FFCEE43BB6.jpeg6ED42087-8674-4A08-BA56-4C929277118C.jpeg

I thought I did but couldn't find any! I can probably take some this coming Monday unless someone beats me to it. They use 4 standoffs that grab into the side of the display and a rosette washer with a long screw to put pressure at the back of the display and to the lid. It works but it isn't a very elegant solution. Also no instructions were sent about the screen mount but I figured out very easily.

Just started the capacity test on cell #7 after letting it come up to 68-70 degrees in the basement, 304ah cell listed at 318.26ah on the provided test report.

A few thermal images, start before charging and about 20 minutes in.

After getting these boxes is there anything you guys would have asked to change with these boxes while ordering? I was planning on getting some 16S boxes plus cells from her with 150A JK Inverter BMS + screen and wondered if there is something you wished would have altered/asked for.
